Worried or Preoccupied? Hold Your THUMB!!

Feeling worried or preoccupied is common around the Holidays.

We can help reduce these unwanted feelings by taking a minute (or five) to sit, breathe, and hold our thumb. You can hold part or all of your thumb with your other hand - or in a pinch you can tuck your thumb into the same hand/fist.

This is easy to do while in meetings, standing in lines, at stop signals, or anywhere you happen to become aware of the need. We always have our hands with us and they hold the key to everything.!

We often see babies sucking their thumbs - and this calms them!! We can all take notice and help ourselves to feel better.

By the way, holding your thumb also helps your Stomach, Spleen, and any Skin issues you may be having!
